Google has given its iPhone app a major update which includes new design, new features and even a new name!

To many of you who used Google Mobile would be familiar with it but now it is known as Google search for iPhone. Google has created a completely new interface which now feels like the normal Google you use on your laptops or PC’s.  It involves quick access to video search, accessing new apps, voice search, searching via photos and the normal searching the web.

One of big updates are the new search toolbar which now can be easily accessibly by swiping from left to right. The new search toolbar includes places, images, news, sopping , videos, blogs and discussions.

The other big feature or the big improvement is the ability to pick where you left. If you close the app and want to return to it where you left, all you have to do is tap the lower half of the page it will take you back to where you left.

Overall Google has done a good job with this big update. If you weren’t a user for previously known Google Mobile then definitely you need to get the “Google search app for iPhone”.
