With iOS 5.0.1 only released a couple of hours ago and people wanting an untethered jailbreak and there is still no untethered jailbreak available for iOS 5, it was only a matter of time before someone posted a fake app that would let users jailbreak their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

This app by the name of jailbreak does not really do what it intends to do, in fact it doesn’t do much at all.

As you can see from the above pictures it shows that this app can jailbreak all iOS firmwares from 3.0 to 5.0 and it even shows that it can jailbreak the newly released iPhone 4S and the unjailbreakable iPad 2.

With a price tag of $9.9 it does look promising but folks do not fall for this is a fake app and the only way you will know when an untethered jailbreak is released for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. We at Maypalo will let you know and it will be FREE not a paid one.

Where ever you see a paid way to jailbreak your iOS device do not fall for it. Some times it will but a majority of them will not be able to jailbreak your iOS device and you will waste your money.
