All those people who currently do not own an iPhone 4S are just itching to get their hands on Siri, the voice command application. There were many reports going around the web about Siri coming to iPhone 4 and older iOS devices, we can not confirm whether it will but what we can confirm is that you can now dictate your iPhone, iPod touch like Siri.

This new application called Sirios has dictation just like Siri, well almost.

How to download Sirios For Siri Dictation

STEP 1: You must be running on iOS 5 or above and should have a jailbroken iOS device. If not already jailbroken head over to our guide for jailbreaking.

STEP 2: After jailbreaking go to Cydia.

STEP 3: Add this repo http://apt.if0rce.com repo 

STEP 4: Search for SiriOs – after i it is a zero not “o”

STEP 5: Install Sirious and you are done.

One thing we should mention here is that the developer found out a bug while installing. If your iOS device keeps respringing, do not restore! Use a SSH tool to remove the /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AssistantServices.framework file.
