iH8sn0w the developer behind Snowbreeze has updated its jailbreaking tool for Windows to support the latest version of iOS. Snowbreeze 2.9.2 can jailbreak iPhone 4/3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 3/4 on iOS 5.1. So go ahead and download Snowbreeze 2.9.2 to jailbreak iOS 5.1.

Apple released iOS 5.1 a couple of days ago with the new iPad 3. As with most firmware updates it is advisable not to upgrade for sometime to avoid losing untethered jailbreak or getting your iPhone locked if you rely on carrier unlock. • Re-added the iPhone Dev-Team’s iPhone 2G permanent unlock ‘BootNeuter’.

Once again let me remind you that this Snowbreeze is a tethered jailbreak that means if you reboot your iOS device, you will need to boot into jailbroken state using iBooty. And, this version does not support A5 devices (iPhone 4S, iPad 2)
