Apple has released iOS 5.1.1 firmware for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. So folks go ahead and download iOS 5.1.1 for your iOS devices from the links below.
The new version comes after many months. The last time Apple updated its firmware was when Apple launched the new iPad 3 to the public.
Here is the change log of iOS 5.1.1:
- Improves reliability of using HDR option for photos taken using the Lock Screen shortcut
- Addresses bugs that could prevent the new iPad from switching between 2G and 3G networks
- Fixes bugs that affected AirPlay video playback in some circumstances
- Improved reliability for syncing Safari bookmarks and Reading List
- Fixes an issue where ‘Unable to purchase’ alert could be displayed after successful purchase

Apple, please make some updates that will unlock baseband 04.11.08.. I’m one who didn’t update with SAM software.. So please for the next update, please include for the unlock baseband 04.11.08..

if i update my iOS, i will lose my SAM unlock?
As of the momment, none from SAM Unlockers can confirm that they successfully ported their Activation Ticket to a newly restored/updated iPhones.
Other said they failed, thus their phone got locked again.
Why do you all go into such crap like iphones. This is bulshit. Don’t buy iphones. Just buy an android phone believe me they are wonderful and you would be happy.
