As most of you are probably aware, the chronic dev team has released Absinthe to jailbreak (untethered) iOS 5.1.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Most of you would have already jailbroken your iDevice by now but some of you have been facing problems. Well Absinthe has been updated. Download Absinthe v2.0.1 from the links below.

I jailbroke my ipad 2 3G and when I run cydia for the first time and finish loading my ipad restart and lost almos all my default programs I just can access youtube, videos and reminders. :S
Cannot believe it it is too simple. What about creating the NO_BB ipsw? otherwise there is a risk that we might update to the latest BB and render us unable to unlock.
my iPhone 4 is not supported.I just used redsn0w and Rocky Racoon instead.
pls my iphone 4 has a teethered jailbreak and i would like to upgrade to an unteethered version. it was done using redsnow while on 5.0.0 but now its on 5.1 not 5.1.1 can i use this, or do i have to upgrade to 5.1.1. i was 1 of the unlucky few that wasnt able to unlock my fone b4 sam was blocked. pls help
also im in africa and have tried every way to unlock my phone but its not possible and i read it could be possible if i changed the base band chip, to 4.10.1. pls help advise on this, or should i just forget ever using this phone. thanks
