You have to confirm your real identity (by sanding a copy of your front-side creditcard) in order to complete the unlock request. check your email for that.

I am locked on Bell Canada and they said they have to wait until
Bell is back up on line.

I don’t know why everybody is freaking about losing money, your already losing money by not being able to use your iPhone. So far,this site has been the only site that Maypalo has trusted. Their site has full disclaimers and even then, we are taking a chance. I did and it worked on my iPhone 4 locked to att. And yes, I had to send a picture of my c/c covering the acct number, name and expiration date. Unless there is a new way to digitally remove a label to see the numbers, I’m ok with that.That may be the only drawback that I experienced. I had to verify by sending that picture. If you dont check your email, you will be stuck on that step of the process. Hell, they even offer to refund 50% if you record your unlock and send to them to to post online. Bottom line, it works. Read the disclaimers first though and if you feel that you may fall into those categories, then don’t do it. I give them 4 out of 5 stars

About 3 monyhs ago i paid to officialiphoneunlock.co.uk unlocking my iphone that was locked by Japan softbank. Still im waiting an e-mail. For the others information.
I tried them to unlock SoftBank cost £108.99 but after having my order for 7 weeks nothing happened when I finally got hold of them, they say SoftBank is not going to unlock in the near future.
I tried on Bell Canada.
Wait for two months and when they finally returned my e-mails they asked for another 7 days and then returned my money.
