Apple Is Turning Towards e-commerce Social Network The Fancy?

No doubt, Apple is growing like a wild fire, that is taking every upcoming thing under its fold. From the famous blog businessinsider, something new has met our ears and it says that Apple wants to buy fast-growing social commerce site, The Fancy, backed by cofounders of Twitter and Facebook. Lets check out the details of the news.

The Fancy company has itself reported that,

Fancy is part store, blog, magazine and wishlist. It’s a place to discover great stuff, to curate a collection of things you love, to get updates on your favorite brands and stores and to share your discoveries. Use it to create a catalog of your favorite things around the web and around the world. When you find something you love somewhere on the web, Fancy it.

The Fancy is at the moment a small company, based in New York and has 20 employees, but Apple would have seen a huge return and therefore has decided to invest in this budding company. The report describes that Apple CEO Tim Cook had a meeting with the creator of The Fancy, Joe Einhorn, at the recent Sun Valley conference. He also mat with the other social networking sites like Facebook and twitter. But the most fascinating thing is that Cook himself is an active user of the service, at the moment.
