Amendments In iOS 6 Beta 4: Good Or Bad?

By -

Finally, Apple released its fourth beta iOS 6 Beta 4 and also also amazed its users with incredible some changes in it, though few of them were truly unexpected. One such change was the exclusion of YouTube app from the iPhone, which was considered as a bad news. But the amendments did not take a halt here, as there are few more changes, that you have to decide whether are good or bad.

In the Settings application under the Privacy pane, a new option of Bluetooth Sharing has been discovered, which shows the lists of those apps that have requested for the Bluetooth for the sharing of the data with other devices even when you are not using the app. But still the main purpose for the introduction of this new menu is still missing and we are waiting to know it.

For shared calenders, a new option has been introduced in the Mail, Contacts, and Calendar Settings pane. By enabling this option you will be notified with all the upcoming events, so that you might not miss any of them.

The other change that has been made in the iOS 6 Beta 4 is the updated Map app. Its performance and mapping data has been greatly improved, especially while viewing through the satellite. Moreover, the map app is also having updated features such as for indicating a one way road, a blue line is used (as shown in the image), and more new addresses are fed than before.

Another important change includes the option provided in the Passbook application, that provides you direct link to the App Store.

So what do you think, are these changes good or bad?
