Step 2: Turn off your iPad and switch it on again.
Step 3: Now install AppSync first and than installous.
Step 4: Download a free app from AppStore.
Step 5: Now download an app from installous and it will work without any error.
This should fix your API error on iPad 3 or any other iPad.
