Israel is going out of context this time. If you are wondering why is that so, than pay some attention towards this news. According to this, in Israel donkeys have been hired for providing free WiFi service. All this has been done to attract tourists in one Israeli theme park.
In Kfar Kedem, a religious historical reenactment park, in Galilee, this new service has been introduced. For the visitors of park, there are 30 donkeys who will provide them the WiFi service to check out their mails and upload pictures of their tour. Kfar Kedem’s Menachem Goldberg told the Times of Israel‘s Ilan Ben Zion,
“Our village has 30 donkeys, and we’ve equipped the first five with wireless routers that are attached with the donkey’s body. In the future we’ll consider equipping all of the donkeys with the necessary apparatuses as necessary”.
This advertisement scheme seems very unique and is seen for the first time in a business. Strapping WiFi routers on the donkeys and making them roam in the park is a stunt for publicity. This fascinating way of providing internet service to the tourists is definitely going to be attractive enough to bring the visitors towards itself.
This idea seems stupid and amazing at the same time, maybe we should get that here too. What do you think?

Crazy
I’m not sure how I feel about this. I really hope they’re treating the donkeys in a animal friendly manner. It’s often you find these types of places to neglect their animals. The main reason I got into animal rights was because of hearing about animals being neglected at a circus that had visited my town!
Ever since I’ve been donating regularly to my local donkey charity, and I really just can’t stand the idea of animals being mistreated for our own entertainment!
