12 September has gone and with that comes the end of rumours and leaks regarding the iPhone 5, iPod touch and the iPod nano. But one thing that still remains to début this year, is the iPad mini, which was out of the spotlight for quite sometime because of the iPhone 5. But now it has returned thanks to another leak.
This new leak comes from a Chinese site called BoloPad which claims to have the iPad mini mock up as you can see from the pictures above and below.
Although this so-called iPad mini is not the real thing but they do quite look like a real Apple product, but the back side kind of gives it away. Giving it a cheap plastic-y look.
This iPad mini has those features we are most likely to see if Apple does indeed release an iPad mini later this year. A smaller 7.85 inch screen, a front and back camera and of course the new 9 pin dock connector Apple has completely shifted.
The picture below shows the front face of the iPad mini is expected to get the Gorilla Glass 2 but the picture shows no reflection so we are assuming that a paper has been placed to give you an idea on how it might look like.
iPad mini was expected to début with the iPhone 5 this year but as it turned out a new iPod touch and new iPod nano were released, there was not even a mention of the iPad mini.
The cheaper and smaller version of the iPad, iPad mini has been in a response to Amazon’s Kindle Fire and Google’s Nexus 7 and is expected to sell for around a price of $199-$299.
