Step 1: Go to cydia and uninstall AppSync and installous.

Step 4: Download a free app from AppStore.
Step 5: Now download an app from installous and it will work without any error.
Fix Installous API Error By Changing DNS (Method three)
This method which was suggested to us by some users who tried this and it worked for them requires you to change your DNS number to 22.214.171.124. To change your DNS number follow the simple steps below.
STEP 1: Launch settings app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
STEP 2: Now tap on Wi-Fi and select your Wi-Fi network. (Tap on the blue arrow next to the network name)
STEP 3: Now tap on DNS and change it to 126.96.36.199.
