You can also create these groups by simply dragging apps to the empty space on the screen. Once the group is created you can also name them such as games, work or others. Windows 8 solves this problem because it provides you a more secure system which helps you to hide recently opened items and recently opened programs. All you need to do is just right-click on the Taskbar, go to Properties, and click the Jump Lists tab and all your previous files will be no more visible.

The last secret feature of Windows 8 is that if you’ve got multiple Monitors, you might have observed that Windows can extent your taskbar across both the screens.
