All gaming fans get ready to enjoy this year because 2013 is going to be one of the best and most awaited year in the history of gaming. Like Apple and Android struggling for the rank of best OS, similarly the toughest competitors in the world of gaming are Sony and Microsoft. With each passing year these both gaming companies are raising the expectations of their consumers and are always coming up with the best. This time on Maypalo we will tell you about the current position of PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720. Which gaming console is more powerful? Check out the details after the jump.
By June of this year some of the most important gaming events are about to take place such as E3, in that event Sony and Microsoft are about to surprise the world. We all have been waiting for any official announcement from the gaming companies but no new news is revealed yet but some sources has revealed some very important information about PlayStation and Xbox 720. According to the sources PlayStation 4 will be ahead of Xbox 720 in terms of raw computational power.
In the annual CES 2013, some sources reported secret information about the PlayStation and Xbox 720. Sources mentioned that PlayStation 4 will have a more strong and more powerful processing power than the Xbox 720. The source further mentioned that Xbox 720 will be 1.23 teraflops while on the other hand PlayStation 4 will have 1.84 teraflops. We can not come to the final result only in the terms of processing power but as per sources it seems that PS4 is more powerful than the Xbox 720.
The result changes when we talk about RAM. It is expected that Xbox 720 will pack an 8GB RAM while PlayStation 4 will feature a 4G RAM. But both the companies will be capable of reading 100GB capacity Blu-ray discs.
Well we still have a couple of months before Xbox 720 and PlayStation 4 are released. By considering all these rumors and reports we can come to a conclusion that PlayStation 4 might just be a bit more powerful than Xbox 720 but again by simply looking at these numbers we can not judge which gaming console is better, Xbox 720 or PlayStation 4 until they are released.
