Untethered Jailbreak iOS 6.1.1 iPhone 4S

Planetbeing, one of the developers behind the evasion untethered jailbreak today mentioned that Apple has not patched the exploits used for creating the untethered jailbreak. But do keep in mind that iOS 6.1.1 is not the one we had been expecting, I’am talking about iOS 6.1.1 beta one. This iOS 6.1.1 firmware was only released because many cellular companies faced some 3G network problems while connecting to iPhone 4S. Apple basically had to rush to quickly get iOS 6.1.1 out, therefore they did not patch the exploit.

Those of you with an iPhone 4S should not worry as the jailbreak for iOS 6.1.1 is going to be released very soon. Planetbeing tweets:

Those of you who were going to update to iOS 6.1.1 should wait a little longer (maybe a day or two) before upgrading to the latest firmware. Once the evasion jailbreak is out for iOS 6.1.1 then you can update and jailbreak it at the same time.

If who are experiencing major problems regarding cellular network, then you should immediately upgrade to iOS 6.1.1 to avoid further problems but if you are not, then you do not need to upgrade from iOS 6.1 to iOS 6.1.1.

Are you going to wait for the jailbreak to come out, or going to upgrade it now?
