How To Add Shortcuts To iPhone’s Lock Screen: Axis

Are you one of those folks who love doing tasks quickly? Well then you are going to love this Cydia tweak called Axis. It adds shortcuts to the iPhone’s lock screen so you can easily open a specific app. Check out the details below.

One of the major problems considered in an iOS firmware is that Apple has not give us options to do various tasks quickly, that is why the Cydia store is full tweaks  regarding shortcuts or getting the tasks done quickly.

Well we have another one to add into that list.

Axis is a new Cydia tweak that has been launched recently which allows you to add shortcuts to your iPhone’s lock screen. It does this by adding icons to the bottom part of the iPhone.

Once you install Axis Cydia tweak for iPhone, head over to your lock screen. Now swipe left from the camera icon and the Axis bar will appear. By default there are five icons each representing a specific application.

For example if you want to open the music app simply swipe-up over the music icon and the music application will open.

Now you might be wondering why should you use Axis instead of other Cydia tweaks which do exactly the same thing such as Grabby. Well the answer is simple. Although Axis might lack in some quality but what makes it really amazing is the amount of customization you can implement.

Axis allows you to completely customize the lock screen, giving you the ability to use insert any app you want even the non-native ones.
