This is definitely great news for those people who did not update to iOS 7 in the hopes for a jailbreak. We currently do not have a confirmation on the release date for an iOS 6.1.3/6.1.4 jailbreak and the people who are working on such jailbreaks have refused to give out an ETA on it.
Funny thing about ETAs: When one is said but failed to achieve, people get more rowdy than if no ETA was announced at all.

Not giving out an ETA has its disadvantages but there is a slight benefit to it and that is when you give out an ETA many people expect it to be ready by that time. If it is not then people vent their frustration out on social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
Although we do not have a confirmed date for the release of iOS 6.1.3/6.1.4 jailbreak but nonetheless the progress is good.
