When Apple launched two large iPhone’s this year, many were happy but it seems there are a lot of people who are not happy with large iPhones. Well, it seems Apple is listening to those users too as a new report from an analyst mentions that Apple is working on a smaller 4″ iPhone 6s for next year. Let the rumors begin!
Many people had been expecting Apple to release a big phone this year because many people want, and like big phones. That’s the reason why Apple went for a 4.7″ and a 5.5″ iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus respectively. But it seems Apple might take another U-turn and release a smaller iPhone next year.
Analyst Timothy Arcuri of Cowen and Company, who in the past has correctly predicted Apple news released a note to investors today mentioning Apple will release a smaller iPhone 6s mini in 2015. This iPhone 6s mini will have specs compared to that of the iPhone 5s but will have curved edges and a new form factor.
The form factor of the iPhone 6s mini will be almost similar to that of the iPhone 6 and the 6 Plus, although this might change.
If the rumors are to be believed the iPhone 6s mini will replace the iPhone 5c and will be cheaper in price compared to the iPhone 6s.
Well at the end of the day these all are rumors so take it with a pinch of salt.
