When Apple announced the new iPad or the iPad 3 whichever one you prefer; people had mixed reactions but mostly were happy with the new iPad and especially the retina display was considered a favorite. Well it seems that most people were right and that the new iPad is a hit. Apple has sold a record breaking 3 million new iPad’s in the first three days of launch!
3 million iPad’s sold! That is a huge number no doubt but the thing that makes it even more amazing is that the number of days it has been in the market. Three days for three million, now that is what I call amazing.
Apple today in a conference for its $100 billion cash event mentioned it had sold a “record number of new iPad’s” but did not give an exact figure. Until now.
Apple via a press released announced the number of iPad’s sold so far.

Now that is truly mind-blowing if you compare these numbers to other tablets in the market. No wonder this is the strongest iPad launch ever.
