We got a rest from rumors when Apple finally launched the iPhone 5. It brought the tons of rumors down for quite some time regarding Apple products. Well it seems it is about time we get rumors/information regarding next generation Apple products. This time it is for the iPhone 5S.
iPhone 5S Launch
According to a new report coming out of China, it is expected that Apple will launch the next generation iPhone, that is the iPhone 5S somewhere in mid 2013. The report from DigiTimes which cites Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) as a source.

Apple is expected to introduce its next-generation iPad and iPhone series around the middle of 2013, which will boost demand for ICs in particular communications related chips during the latter half of the first quarter, according to the observers. Component orders placed by Apple, which climbed to high levels prior to the iPhone 5 rollout, will rise again between March and April, the observers indicated.
As Apple in the past had a habit of launching every new iPhone in the market around mid of the year, this might make sense. But as you know Apple changed the schedule when they launched the iPhone 4S. It was reported previously that Apple will start launching new iPhone’s every fall of the year, so this report directly conflicts with that.
I personally find it a bit hard to grasp that Apple will launch the iPhone 5S or whatever they might call it somewhere between June-July. This directly goes against their policy of launching only one iPhone within one year period. But again, if you consider that Apple launched iPad 4 within 8 months of the iPad 3, this might make sense.
Well what do you think? Will Apple launch an iPhone 5S in June-July of 2013? There is one thing for sure if they do it will make some customers unhappy with their iPhone 5.
