Apple today released iOS 6.1.2 to the general public bringing in some very important bug fixes, one of them being the Exchange bug which caused a major battery drain. Well as you would imagine this update is very important to some people but at the same time keeping an untethered jailbreak is a priority too. Thanks to the team Evad3rs, evasion has finally been updated to version 1.4.
As we mentioned some hours ago that evasion was going to be updated to support iOS 6.1.2, well folks, it is finally here. You can now download evasion 1.4 from the download links below.

Download Evasion 1.4 Windows
Download Evasion 1.4 Linux
Once you have downloaded evasion 1.4, you can check out the video tutorial on how to jailbreak iOS 6.1.2. Basically the procedure to jailbreak using evasion on iOS 6.x firmware is the same, so the video below is still valid.
We should warn those users who rely on unlocking their iPhone that they should not update to iOS 6.1.2 as Ultrasnow has not been updated for that version. Besides that pretty much anyone can update to iOS 6.1.2 and jailbreak (untether) their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.
If you have not updated to iOS 6.1.2, then you do not need to download evasion 1.4 as this version of evasion is only for iOS 6.1.2 and it does not bring any bug fixes.
