iOS 6.1.2 Untethered Jailbreak
Planetbeing, one of the four main hackers behind the evasion untethered jailbreak just now mentioned that evasion works on iOS 6.1.2. Which is definitely great news considering many people wanted to update to iOS 6.1.2 due to exchange bug problem.
Planetbeing tweeted:
Not yet able to test all devices, but it’s looking good for 6.1.2. iPad mini wi-fi and iPhone 5 are still jailbreakable.

If you are one of those people who were experiencing a huge battery drain (mostly likely due to Exchange bug) can now safely download iOS 6.1.2. But just to be one the safe side, I suggest you to wait maybe a maximum of one day before downloading the latest firmware form Apple. It would take somewhere around a day or two before the team Evad3rs release evasion jailbreak for iOS 6.1.2.
Although the tweet only mentions iPad mini and iPhone 5 but it is most likely that evasion will successfully jailbreak iOS 6.1.2 (untether) for all iOS device. Now just wait a couple of more hours (maybe days) before evasion is updated to iOS 6.1.2.
As soon as evasion untethered jailbreak for iOS 6.1.2 is released we will post it here on Maypalo.com so stay tuned!
