No this is not an April fools joke, Samsung Galaxy S4 has been rooted even before it is available for customers! Yes folks you read that right. Here are the details on how to root Samsung Galaxy S4.

Android smartphones, such as the Samsung Galaxy have been known for their customizations. Android users flaunt their customized smartphones but some geeks amongst us take it a step further - by rooting a device.
Those of you who are iPhone users would be aware of this “rooting” as it is quite similar to jailbreaking an iOS device. Rooting allows an Android user to completely revamp their smartphones, so as you can imagine, rooting is something most Android users want.
So keeping with the tradition, a new Android smartphone has been rooted. And, it is none other than the newly launched Samsung Galaxy S4! A phone that isn’t even available yet for customers!
The folks over at XDA developers have managed to root a Samsung Galaxy S4. So, those of you who are planning to get a Galaxy S 4 will be able to root it as soon as you get your hands on one.
The method that has been discovered to root Samsung Galaxy S4 is a bit technical, so those folks who are new to rooting world should not try this. You seriously don’t want to brick your smartphone the first day you get.
You can head over to XDA developers for the full tutorial on rooting Samsung Galaxy S4. But do remember that this method is for the Samsung Galaxy S4 with Exynos 5 Octa processor, and some countries are expected to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 with Snapdragon 600.
