This has caught many of us by a surprise, today we had an expected release of a software relating to the iOS community. In fact, today an untether jailbreak for iOS 7.1 was released. If you had been following us you would have known the details and might have already jailbroken using this new tool called Pangu - if you haven’t don’t worry as I have a guide for you. Guide to Jailbreak Using Pangu
Pangu which has been created by a group of Chinese hackers did something which many famed iOS hackers were refusing to do - releasing a public jailbreak for iOS 7.1.x. Well it is finally here and we have confirmed it that it works!
So those of you who are looking to jailbreak their iPhone, iPad and iPod touch on iOS 7.1 can now do so using Pangu. The full guide on how to jailbreak iOS 7.1 using Pangu is below, so follow it step by step.
iOS 7.1 Jailbreak
Before you being, make sure you read the important notes below:

- The jailbreak has been created by a group of Chinese hackers and there is no guarantee if the jailbreaking process is completely safe.
- Before you being; make sure to back up your iOS device to iCloud or to your computer.
- Pangu jailbreak downloads a pirated app but you have the ability to turn of this download.
- Download Pangu jailbreak before attempting this guide.
- Download iTunes (latest version).
Step 1: Download Pangu jailbreak from the above download link.
Step 2: Download latest version of iTunes if you haven’t already from the above link.
Step 3: Back up your iOS device.
Step 4: Connect your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to computer.
Step 5: Start Pangu jailbreak. A box will appear like the one below.
Step 6: Uncheck the box shown on the screen (it is used to download pirate app store). Now click on the black button.
Step 7: Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 8: You will be asked to change your time. Head over to Settings > General > Time & Date. Now turn off the automatic and set the time to June 2, 2014 and time to 8: 30 p.m.
Step 9: An icon will appear on your iOS device called ‘Pangu’, simply tap on it.
Step 10: Your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch will reboot a couple of times and Cydia will be installed on it.
That’s it folks. If you have followed the steps correctly your iOS device will be jailbroken on iOS 7.1 or iOS 7.1.1 using Pangu.

well its work.but in the process i was frightened because of more than 20 times my iphone 4 was rebooting…….
Tried with the Ipad (model MC982KS/A) but doesn’t work. When launching Pangu, it does reset but doesn’t install cydia.
Can this work on icloud locked ipad 2?
I have jail broken my iphone 4 running iOS 7.1.2 using Pangu which installed Cydia. Problem is that i am not getting any service. I have tried installing Ultrasnow using Cydia but it doesn’t work. I also tried using SAMprefs and it also doesn’t work. How can the ‘ No service’ be fixed?
