We have a new rumor in town and that is regarding the preorder date for the iPhone 6S. According to a new report coming out of France, the iPhone 6S preorders are going to start from September 11 - two days after being unveiled, which is expected on September 9.
The rumor comes via a leaked slide sheet from a french carrier, which was shown to one of the tech blogs by a source. The slide sheet as you can see below shows that the next iPhone preorders will start from Sept. 11.
This is not the first time we are hearing about the preorder date being September 11, in fact other reports were pointing to the same thing. So it can be assumed that Apple will indeed start the pre-orders on that day and the from September 18, people will get their hands on one.
Apple is expected to launch: iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus and iPhone 6C, although there is no confirmation on the last one.
The next iPhone is expected to pack: 12 megapixel, A9 processor, faster LTE, Force Touch technology, 2 GB RAM and other features.
Well, let’s see if the rumors and reports are all true. We are less than month away anyways.
