If you are on iOS 9 or even iOS 9.0.1, you should immediately download and install iOS 9.0.2 as it fixes some crucial bugs, which could impact your privacy. A bug that allowed anyone to access photos and contacts on iOS 9 and iOS 9.0.1 has been fixed in the latest update on iOS 9.0.2.
Security researchers found a way to access photos and contacts even while the iPhone was locked on iOS 9. That method quickly become popular and people started misusing it. Well, if you have been affected by that problem, or are just on iOS 9 or iOS 9.0.1, it is time for an upgrade.
Apple yesterday released iOS 9.0.2 to the general public, which brings in bug fixes and other stability improvements. In the release notes, it mentioned that it has fixed a bug that could allow people to access photos and contacts while the iPhone is locked.

Available for: iPhone 4s and later, iPod touch (5th generation) and later, iPad 2 and later
Impact: A person with physical access to an iOS device may be able to access photos and contacts from the lock screen
Description: A lock screen issue allowed access to photos and contacts on a locked device. This issue was addressed by restricting options offered on a locked device.
As you can see this is an important bug that has been fixed. So folks, go ahead and download iOS 9.0.2 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
