Although Pangu jailbreak has been killed off by Apple in the latest iOS 9.1 update but the Pangu team is still catering to those people who have not updated their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. If you are on iOS 9 - 9.0.2, then you should download Pangu 1.2 to untether jailbreak your iOS device, if you are already jailbroken, download the latest untether package from Cydia.

Bundle latest Cydia with new Patcyh which fixed failure to open url scheme in MobileSafari.
Fixed the bug that “preferences -> Storage&iCloud Usage -> Manage Storage” keeps spinning.
If you are already jailbroken, head over to Cydia and update the “Pangu 9.0.x Untether” and “Patcyh” package, which includes the latest fixes. This way you won’t need to re-jailbreak your device.
