Pangu iOS 8 Jailbreak
Just like last year, when Pangu Team, out of the blue, released the jailbreak for the previous firmware, they have done the same thing again. Pangu for iOS 8 jailbreak has been released but this time there are a few things you should know before attempting to jailbreak.
I have mentioned those things in the previous post, so check that out. But if you are lazy, let me give you the long and short of it.
- This Pangu jailbreak will not install Cydia directly, you will have to install manually. A guide for that will be posted on the homepage so check that out too.
- This version of Pangu for iOS 8 is compatible with all iOS devices that support iOS 8.
- Pangu will jailbreak all iOS 8 versions from 8 - iOS 8.1.
- Currently only available for Windows, Mac version coming out soon.
- Might face some bugs as this is basically intended for developers.
Before attempting this guide, make sure you read the bullet notes above, as they are very important. Once again I will mention that, this is not a “friendly consumer version” jailbreak. So proceed with your own risk.
Currently the language is in Chinese but it is still pretty straight-forward to understand, so let’s begin!
